The Housing Assistance Program is sponsored by the Dallas County Public Housing Agency, which consists of the County Commissions where the program operates. The Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) administers the Housing Assistance Program with funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC).
