You must be a resident of or work in Barry, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney, Webster or Greene Counties.
(Assisted homes must be located outside the city limits of Springfield.)
Applications will be accepted from persons outside these counties but applicants will be classified as nonresidents and will require that you live in OACAC jurisdiction for a minimum of twelve months.
Your family income must fall at or below the HUD Very Low Income Guidelines.
No person will be denied participation in the Section 8 program on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or family status.
