The employment application and instructions are available at the main office at 215 S Barnes
Ave Springfield and here for downloading and printing. The files are in Adobe PDF format. If you
do not have Adobe Reader installed you may download it free by clicking on the Adobe icon at the
lower right. The application must be completely filled out and mailed, faxed, or delivered to
the main office.
